Teak

Teak is an IMAP mail client written in php-gtk1. It supports multiple IMAP mail servers.

screenshot for Teak IMAP client The author says: I have not looked at supporting POP3/NNTP though it should be fairly easy given PHP's abilities. Its main goal has been to see what I can do with the php-gtk extension.

Version 0.5, announced 2002-07-24, is supposed to include

  • database folder support
  • sending using an external SMTP server
  • a slightly smarter looking GUI.
