It's conference season in the PHP world and no PHP conference would be complete without a PHP-GTK 2 presentation (you hear that DCPHP!).

Earlier this month Andrei, demonstrated how easy it is to create powerful desktop applications with PHP-GTK 2 at PHP|Works in Toronto. Next, in October, Scott will be speaking at the Zend/PHP Conference. Finally, in early November, Steph will talk about the new features of PHP-GTK 2 at the International PHP Conference and demonstrate how to make lightweight cross-platform applications.
